Kelly McMahon, CPA
President & CEO
Kelly is bringing a personalized tax experience to the Montgomery area. With more than a decade of experience, she has worked on tax compliance and strategies for businesses and individuals at all levels of revenue and complexity. With bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Texas A&M University, she became a licensed CPA with the State of Texas. After working her way up in public accounting firms of varying sizes, she opened McMahon & Co. in 2018 with a desire to provide exceptional client service.
Her passion is to bring clarity and confidence to small business owners and individuals in the local area in their accounting and tax compliance. Our team is committed to making the process seamless for every need.
Beyond the office, the McMahon & Co team is a sponsor to several local organizations and also volunteers their time and talents to the community.
Jordan Demel
Tax Associate
Jordan is a dedicated Tax Associate with a strong passion for guiding individuals and businesses through the intricate world of taxes. In 2009, Jordan graduated from Sam Houston State University. At McMahon and Co., she skillfully combines her strong work ethic, analytical abilities, and commitment to detail to provide invaluable assistance to clients. Over the years, she has had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, assisting them in reaching their business goals while ensuring efficient tax filings.
Beyond her professional life, Jordan takes pride in balancing the responsibilities of a loving being a wife and a devoted mother to three wonderful children. Juggling family life alongside her career has honed her time management and organizational skills, which she utilizes to provide exceptional attention and care to her clients.

Tessa graduated from Texas State University with a bachelors degree in Psychology. In her role as the Marketing Manager for McMahon and Co., Tessa brings a unique blend of creativity and strategic thinking to the table. She understands the power of storytelling, and her content creation skills are exceptional.
